In Banff, we provided wide-screen projection, lighting, and audio for the Penn Mutual Conference. Our relationship and familiarity with the Banff venues combined with a full inventory of equipment at our Calgary office makes us the logical choice for executing corporate meetings and events in the Alberta resort communities.
When Cantrav needed an audiovisual provider for the Hyundai corporate conference in Lake Louise they turned to AV Strategies. Our Calgary branch office is perfectly situated to provide audiovisual services to the resort communities of Banff, Kananaskis, and Lake Louise. We spec’d and provided multi-screen projection switched through our Christie Digital Spider matrix switcher and large outdoor video wall in addition to lighting and audio.
We provided full AV staging for the 2013 BC-NDP election headquarters at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver. Our solution included multi-screen projection, lighting, audio, multi-camera broadcast video, and logistical support. We provided all of the live audio and television feeds that were picked up by local and national media organizations.

When the Times of India hosted their annual awards festival in Vancouver, avs was engaged to help deliver the audiovisual solution at many of the venues. We delivered audio, lights, projection, and video broadcast cameras and switching for a number of venues over the course of the multi-day event.
Pat Rekert of In Any Event Design produces the Sports Celebrities Festival each year for Special Olympics BC. Pat trusts AV Strategies to provide full AV support for this prestigious event. To make this event memorable, we have flown screens in front of the large windows at the Vancouver Convention Centre so the harbour view becomes the backdrop to the stage. Using multiple screen surfaces enables us to project imagery across the front of the room and combined with the view creates a beautiful scenic backdrop and is a clean elegant solution.
PRP Productions hired AV Strategies to deliver the complete audiovisual solution for Skills Canada, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of careers in technology and skilled trades. The event is an Olympic-style competition which actively promotes careers in the technology and trades fields. We provided audio, lighting and video projection, along with our LED Chameleon star drape.
In Any Event Design Inc. has engaged AV Strategies to deliver the audiovisual solution for the annual Pharmasave National Conference & Buying Show every year since 2011. We have delivered the audiovisual design and equipment solution along with a full complement of AV technicians for multiple venues during this 5-day conference. In recent years Pharmasave has engaged avs to produce graphics and video segments that are played throughout the conference as well as designing and implementing a custom event app.

avs has delivered complete audiovisual services and coordination for the Canadian Institute of Mining Annual Convention for many years. Our client, Gala Productions, has engaged us to provide the audiovisual production for the annual awards show and an industry dance party. We designed and coordinated a comprehensive solution using a virtual set where we were able to project images onto a hard wall set, enabling us to easily change the look and leverage the AV setup for both events.
